Process Overview

  1. Initial consult with referring attorney to clarify forensic question

  2. Review of records (PDF preferred)

  3. Examinee evaluation and collateral interviews (if applicable)

  4. Report preparation and expert opinion

  5. Testimony as needed

Rush cases and court scheduling available by request.

Fees

  • $500/hour billed in 15-minute increments

  • $5,000 retainer required to begin

  • Court testimony: $2,000 per 4-hour block

  • Rush/Weekend cases: 25% surcharge

  • Minimum fee: $2,500

  • No insurance accepted. Clinical care is separate from forensic evaluation.
